SHIPPING

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow two business days for all order processing. 

Domestic (USA) Shipping

To estimate the total delivery time for your order, please allow up to two business days for your order to be processed, in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method at checkout.  Anemos is unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, U.S. Territories. The shipping carrier chosen at the time of checkout is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the case of a lost package it is a responsibility of the carrier and all inquiries must be directed to the carrier.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees. Customs duties or taxes are not payable by Anemos payment is the sole responsibility of the customer. Anemos has no insight into these fees and cannot estimate the costs at the time of order placement. Prior to placing your order please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you – note that regulations and guidelines differ by country.

If you refuse a shipment from Anemos you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning your order parcel to Anemos. This amount will be deducted from your order refund once the shipment has been received back.

International transit times may vary due to delays presented at customs. Anemos is not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country’s customs clearance process or by the courier transit time.

Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent to you via email.
