SHIPPING
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow two business days for all order processing.
Domestic (USA) Shipping
To estimate the total delivery time for your order, please allow up to two business days for your order to be processed, in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method at checkout. Anemos is unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, U.S. Territories. The shipping carrier chosen at the time of checkout is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the case of a lost package it is a responsibility of the carrier and all inquiries must be directed to the carrier.
International Shipping & Duties
For international orders, all shipping costs, duties, and import taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping destination. You’ll see the full cost of your order—including any applicable taxes—before completing your purchase.
Most international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning all duties and taxes are prepaid, and you won’t be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
All prices and shipping options are shown in your local currency for a smooth and transparent shopping experience.
Tracking
