What is your return policy?
Returns for full-priced items, including those purchased with a promotional discount code, may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition with tags and liners attached. A $10 flat-rate return shipping fee applies to domestic orders. Please include your original packing list with your return. Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. The refund will reflect the proportionally discounted price if the item was purchased with a discount code. Items that are worn, soiled, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return. Unauthorized returns will be sent back to the sender.
Exchanges for full-priced items must be requested within 14 days of receipt. If the item was purchased with a discount code, the exchange will reflect the proportionally discounted price. To exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please click here. We offer complimentary USPS Priority shipping on exchanges. If you need expedited shipping, please contact customer service for upgrade options. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability, and you will be notified automatically if the item is out of stock.
Sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Our standard return policy applies when using a discount code: full-priced items are eligible for a refund, while sale items remain final sale.
